I read the other board.

What are you thinking. Of course you pay the bank back. You walk in Monday and pay the bank. Do you want them to sue you? Of course not. Your case is against your client who owes you the fees. Go after them. In fact, call the D.A. and see if you a stop payment is a crime. But for crying out loud pay the bank.
