What is the name of your state?
Texas A little background, I can no longer afford to stay in my house so I have started short sale proceeding and I am working with a realtor. I had honey bees build their nest in between the siding and flooring between my 1st and second story. The bees attacked my yard crew so they haven't been coming out. I tried to get the bees out but the cheapest I could find was $600 which I didn't have. My realtor recommended that I not cut the grass until the appraisers had come out. Last week the HOA sent someone to cut the grass but they only cut a small section before leaving. Yesterday, I was gone most of the day and when I got home, one of my neighbors said three guys had been in my house. The HOA had sent a locksmith and a bee removal company to my house. They entered my house and removed several pieces of sheetrock to get to the nest. They did not remove all of the bees and I have about 100 bees swarming around my living room (I don't have a way of sealing it off). I have been stung several times since last night and have killed close to 20 bees. I was not contacted by the HOA prior to them sending someone out and that they entered without my knowledge. There were several things moved around but they Did not leave a note or anything. Are HOAs allowed this freedom?
