Do I have to let him in bedrooms that kinda an invasion of privacy to me

You only take your dogs out at night? Where do they pee/poop during the day?

Let me ask some candid question:

Do you have feces or urine in your apartment? does your apartment smell? Have you in the past had issues with pet waste or smell?

What I am getting at is does your land lord have cause to be concerned or a basis in this investigation?

Animal neglect is a serious issue, as is unsanitary conditions. Either or both of these are valid causes for a landlord to be concerned.

You should consider reassuring the landlord by agreeing to a voluntary inspection.

This is not an insult: nose blind is a real thing. Your landlord is not harassing you. His concerns are legitimate.

He has done a check and I passed! I agreed to him coming Sunday I have no issue with that my issue is being filmed and and then coming into my apartment without my consent! How many times do I have to have my apartment checked when I keep passing each of their checks?

Your landlord should be providing you with adequate notice before entering your apartment.

Sometimes the will let me know a day or so before but sometimes they call me at 9am and say they are coming in 30 mins... and once entered my apartment when no one was home and without permission

Security cameras, pointed at your/LL porch, is not illegal. What type of dogs are they and how many do you have?

I have a dorkie and a morkie they are tiny they are runts
lol...Never heard of those mix names, cute. Personally I would tell LL (when he is giving next to no notice of inspection) that today isn't a good time for you but tomorrow a.m. is. Generally reasonable notice is 12 - 24 hours. Google up PA LL/Tenant law and look through statutes for inspection notice.

You may want to consider taking hubby, Mork and Dork and finding a new place to live.
