What is the name of your state?va

so I don’t even know where to begin. For the past two months I have been harassed and threatened by an angry, violent lawyer who has on multiple instances broken the law. Upon request I have a 4 minute tape I recorded detailing what I’m experiencing . Please someone advise

Report the threats to the police and the attorney to your state Bar.

No, don't post it here. Nobody's going to listen to it.

Briefly explain what happened with one or two short paragraphs.

If we need more information, we'll ask.

I agree with @adjusterjack. Without further information, we can't assume that the actions would rise to the level that requires a police report or a report to the state bar.

Here’s the cliff notes version, I can dm greater details

So yesterday my mom invited her lawyer to come over to her house. He immediately starts shouting at my identical twin and hits him. I saw it. I start recording. He then threatens to hit me, yells, calls me names and insults, tells me I’m a worthless piece of sh^t, my mom tells him to leave, he says “make me” and refuses to go. It takes 5 minutes before he actually leaves. He’s tall and has a habit of getting in peoples face to try to get a response. I filmed it all and went nowhere near him. My twin after getting hit unprovoked and having the lawyer in his face telling him to do something about it did nothing, didn’t hit back, and got away from him.. ignoring him.

The police should have been called.

Does this lawyer have a personal relationship with your mom? What you describe certainly does not sound like a professional interaction.

Besides being paid by her, not that I’m aware of. But I don’t spend much time at the house. I was just grabbing something .. my twin is always there
