Maybe it's the common sense that I have in an abundant supply - why not talk to the landlord/daughter THROUGH THE DOOR? Why not walk AWAY from the landlord rather than have her attempt to pull you into the car?

Sorry - since the police are only taking her REPORTS and no arrest of the landlord, where is the harrassment other than in OP's mind?
