I'll Tell ya why these sites are a Joke.

I was concerned and I came to this site seeking some sort of help. I was called a Criminal, Felon, Fraud etc. So nervous I called a "Real Attorney" and asked his advice. Since the lawsuit was small claims I was left to represent myself in court. But the Attorney prepared me on my case we hired an Investigator to do some background on the individual. I went into court, with all my records and evidence and had success.

His case was dimissed against me.Although the judge explained that yes knowingly writing a bad check was not lawful. No criminal or civil judge would recomend charges be brought against an individual who was being blackmailed. We showed evidence that he and his company routinely operate this way. The judge also stated that I was well prepared and he wished most cases were as easy.

The attorney I hired to help me, explained that these sites usally have no real attorneys on them. Most of it's members are compiled of research junkies, paralegals and Jailhouse lawyers. Any real attorney worth his salt dosen't have time to play with internet sites, unless thier retired or ambulance chasers.

If you read this, hire a real attorney these guys just like to cause allot of unnecessary fear.

Good luck

My case was In Sarasota, Florida
