wow you all must be like 10, I am not asking for anyone to donate geez I am asking a serious question about donations not can you give me donations.

How anyone in here can get a serious answer is mind boggling to me because the ones that have read this thread and replied obviously do not know how to read or know any LAWS!

And as I see it, you are trying to ask us if some guy in New Zealand gave you some money for a tit-job, would he be able to deduct it. Definitely sounds like a question for the Kiwi tax authorities, doesn't it???
And if correct, then this is NOT a US question, is it??

*** Of course you can get in trouble. However, the question is 'from who?'. Some possible 'sources' of trouble.... your parents, your doctor, yourself in the future when you wake up with four knees.... etc. If you mean trouble from some authority, no.

Okay - I know I'm a bit late answering this - looks like it came to an end around the end of June....forgive me, I've been in the hospital (and not for my boobs!).....

First to the writer - and an answer to...

Second, an answer to another response... which I found funny....

Check the tax laws as to how to report this income, I see no legal way to declare your breasts (or lack thereof) as a quaifying event for charitable or tax deduction for a charitable activity. If someone is dumb enough to send you funds for your own selfish reasons, I just wonder what you have promised in return."

I also realized after I posted, maybe she is opting for a third boob, but had a third realization, that the third and fourth etc. would be the boobs contributing to the insanity.
