I don't know anyone who can do it for me, so I'd rather just have Nissan do it and have them also test it after to see if changing the fluid fixed the transmission issue. In terms of the 10 days thing, he's arguing that the initial contract was invalid (which I think has also been said several times here). So does the email count as a new contract?
