What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
These aren't fixtures of the land so just because you inherited the land doesn't make them yours. If they are truly abandoned (such that the owner isn't going to protest things), you can dispose of them. The problem is getting the titled. The avenue for that is called a "bonded title."What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
If you are thinking of scraping them; the steel market is soft right now. It might be worth waiting about 5 months. Could mean ~$5K difference. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
Possibly.bought tax lien property. Has 40 abandoned cars Can i keep or sell these cars legally
Why do you believe the vehicles are part of the purchase of the property?WAIT! OP indicated "bought tax lien property", if so then OP would have no right to remove cars until redemption period ends and the "Tax Deed" is issued. OP, What exactly did you buy?
Finally, if you own the Tax Deed, then why not host an AS-IS auto auction on-site and require payment that day?
We were all offended but accept your apology.Opps, correct, that was a last minute note about auction.
I apologize to anyone that I may have offended and accept legal responsibility for my wrong actions.
