Boyfriend/girlfriend situation

I am a homeowner in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My boyfriend currently lives with me and has lived in the residence for the past year. I have asked him to move out. Is it true that he can take up to two months to move out? There is no lease and his name is not on the deed of the house.

You will have to give him a 30 day notice to move..

BUT be WARNED....if the two of you bought anything together it still is JOINT PROPRETY, and he may want his half.
