*** Your post isn't clear as to what 'damage' you have incurred due to the CRA (Credit Reporting Agency) report or how it is not correct.

If you feel their report is incorrect, WRITE (certified RRR) the CRA and explain the situation to them VERY CLEARLY and how their records are incorrect. Ask them to investigate the report and to correct the error. They are only obligated to report accurate information and if the record IS accurate, they won't change it.
