I am a small business. To boost sales, I contracted with a Visa, Mastercard processing company to accept this credit. The original company went out of business, and the company that took over is suing me for more than $2,500. I don't have records! They have given me 5 days to pay up or else. I paid for the machine in full, but I will have to go to my bank to get these copies. In the meantime, How long do I have to dispute these charges, and who do I contact for emrchant credit card possibly fraud?

I am confused -- what is it that you did? What is the fraud?
