Buying a house while under chap. 13

What is the name of your state? Utah
does anyone know if you are able to buy a house while in a chapter 13.
Thought a chapter 13 would be better, because the creditors do get some money back, but found out not...Am I unable to buy a house until the chapter 13 is finish (I cant remember the word for it when it complete).

I got the house in a divorce, but the wife wouldn't move,,,and no way was I going to evict her and my kids.....
