But it does move. I move every 48-72 hours. The warning is saying I have to vacate the block/area. But that's not what the law says.

assuming you have no concerns of the HOMEOWNERS who are lucky enough to be graced with your presence in front of their home for up to 72 hrs .. strange state california

I realize CA is a land unto its own...but locally I have to pay hefty taxes to live in my home and indirectly my tenants pay me so I can pay taxes ....so I am far from a fan of mobile housing not paying taxes for City or school .

And if a church is involved in uses of its parking lot for purposes not directly connected with practice of its religion, perhaps local authorities should investigate putting church parking on tax rolls ( church parking lots used just for church purposes are exempt via a state Supreme Court decision in my state ..but that's far from Ca.

It's not us you have to convince. You're playing Russian Roulette with 5 rounds in a 6 shooter. You're free to ignore the officer's warning and you're free to ignore our warnings. I'm not going to be the one to care when your car gets towed.

Sorry, I thought this was a forum with actual legal advice with sound knowledge of the law. Opinions, prejudice and guesswork don't interest me. Thanks.

Typical shoot the messenger response. We've given you all the legal advice you need. You just don't want to hear it or heed it. Is there a possibility that you can move your car around and remain unscathed? Sure. Is there a possibility that you could get towed and squeal like a stuck pig? Sure. Roll the dice.
