What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Since my daughter is attending college full time and not independent, can I go back to court and request that post majority support be started? I don't think it was addressed in the divorce decree. We had joint custody until her last semester of high school. He is not helping her financially anymore....Her intention was to move out of my home and be independent, but with the economy it isn't possible. If I can, what form do I file?

Since your child is over 18 and a HS grad, you won't be getting an order for further support in the state of CA.
