It could be/lwould be copyright infringement to print off the contents of the website if the website poster added their own comments to the documents, as tcmcdk said was done (see post #10). Permission to use the material on the website was already denied. Facts can be isolated from what is already published, however, and used without infringing. Facts are not copyrightable. The website material just cannot be reproduced/copied without permission.
