I just wanted to say thank you for everyone who is understanding with constructive criticism and not simply posting snide remarks. It can seem trivial to most. This has been months of cordial conversations and when I stood my ground and told her I was informing the owner, that's when the harrassment started.

The community we live in consists of 17 units. Built I believe in the late 70s and there is no insulation. My child is not by no means "ruining/damaging" property. There are only three families here with children, soon to be two. One family is in the process of moving, through talking with them, due to the manager complaining about their children (a boy and girl around the same age as mine).

This manager is clearly has a problem with children.
