Can an 18 year old Junior or Senior be kicked out of school without cause?

Is it legal to kick an 18 year old out of school before he or she graduates for reasons such as this? (I remind you. These kids were not expelled. This was not a disciplinary action. They were just shown the door because of their age and the fact that they are not in a position to graduate)?

I gave you the correct legal advice - yes, it might be legal. You don't know the circumstances, so the principal may be acting entirely appropriately. You. don't. have. the. data. End of story.
