What is this place? An internet junk yard run by a gang of hyenas waiting around holding signs saying things like "Free landlord/tenant legal advice here!" for unsuspecting victims to wander through?
I guess a lot of it has to do with the being sweet to bees if you don't want vinegar thing.

The volunteers' goal is to help, but then the OP goes sour milk on us, then guess what, the bees put the honey away and bring out the vinegar.

I'm jes sayin...

Are you kidding me? I ask a question and someone makes a rude remark then falsely accuses me of something and now you've apparently jumped on the band wagon? who's next? Wow, so my analogy isn't so far off.

Asking the same question months later because you didn't like the answer you got the first time is rude. The answers will not be different.

Well I didn't quite get answers to my question (s), and I'm not sure how the answers couldnt be any different unless this was a private forum run by the same people. So I thought I'd take a chance my question would catch the eye of someone who hadn't seen it b4. So far unfortunately... not having much luck. But uh, thanks anyway...

Sometimes it appears so ... I'm not approving of it either.

Just close the thread and move on...
