Don't want to beat any dead horses, but wanted to thank all ofyou for your responses (yes even the harsher ones because yes I did and still probably do need to have my butt kicked some sense into).

We had a very very long talk . The real issue with marriage is mine than his becaucse I watched my parents have a very ugly divorce and honestly did not want even the vagest chance that my girl would ever be in one. But bf told me and got it through to me and made me facepalm and roll my eyes at myself when he told me that she would be hurt if we broke up whether or not we were married. He is right of course lol.

I am an idiot at times but honestly I am trying

I hope my dd won't end up a stripper either but she does have some thing about jumping up on the coffee table and dancing.....sigh. Is this a kid thing?

I would agree that this newbie has a great attitude and is taking things in stride. She could learn a lot and be a good addition to the boards if she decides to stay around and learn.
