Isn't the key word in here "markedly" increased? Plus wouldn't specific factors come into play as well?

Some ppl obviously haven't had their cup of coffee this morning. What is wrong w/ asking a simple question! You said since you didnt know when the agreement was placed and what was being paid you couldn't answer, I responded and you jump down my throat like I'm a fool. Unbelievable.
