This is only my OPINION

and I may be slapped for doing this since I am no way privvy to legal issues outside of the mess I'm in... but by paying MORE to him than you are ordered to pay aren't you just proving to the courts that you can afford more to begin with? If this is the case than can't YOU file for a review on the support and just get it modified? It seems to me that doing above and beyond a court order is sort of just dragging it out... get it in writing and stick to it...

If your babies need things.. purchase those items and send them to them rather than giving the ex more proof to provide to the courts that your child support should be raised.

I think it's awesome that you're paying more - it just seems to me that it could bite you back in the long run...

The only reason I asked if faith had a recent child support order that even though the X will probably be imputed the income to which he no longer has, it might go up from increases that faith has had.

I had the same thought as yolanda. I just hadn't expressed it.
