What is the name of your state? IL

Stepson has pending misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia. His dad lives in WI. Would it be okay for him to leave IL for holiday visit with his dad?

unless the court has ordered him not to leave the jurisdiction he can go to wyoming, wynona or the west wing
