I currently earn low 6 figures.
All she has is her SS
married 12 yrs.
we have a 401K to which I have contributed into all the while whilst married

She truly believes that she will be able to get the courts to agree to stop me travelling.
The court is not going to stop you from traveling.

You do, however, need to speak with an attorney. There is a huge discrepancy in income, and you need to protect yourself financially. Do not ignore court documents mailed to you or otherwise served.
