I'm sure the property owners will be delighted that the OP has that much property. They will have something to go after her for when they sue her for the damage she has caused over the years. Which was likely made worse because they couldn't inspect the property.

Are you an idiot? Seriously...do you have cognitive difficulties? A Property Owner may enter THEIR PROPERTY with reasonable notice. 12/24 hours for most states.

No i'm not, and you arent a lawyer so go figure. How can they give notice to enter if i dont want them to? I'm at work 12hours a day and wont even be in the property. I dont want them going through my stuff

It doesn't matter if "you want them to". Have you never rented an apartment ?...never mind...dumb question. You just steal/squat other peoples homes.

To enlighten you: When you are a tenant, a LL may enter your apartment/house with reasonable notice. If you wish to be there for the inspection then take the day off from work...but the LL WILL come in whether you like it or not.

They can try to sue me but i have no assets... Its just a piece of paper to me. They on the other hand have money so i should be awarded for an illegal eviction

And they counter sue for all sorts of things and anything you got when you sued them will stay with them.

They can have your paycheck garnished...your tax returns taken...and it will be listed on your CR. No decent LL will rent to you again.

It's rather sickening to realize that their are people like you out there.
