If you're unable to see how having a personal relationship with someone you work with can spill into the workplace and affect your work, then there's no hope for you.

I say again, as I said on your other thread that is clearly aiming for a different answer; it doesn't matter if she complains or not. If your manager is unhappy with this, they can legally fire you for it. I don't know how to pound that into your head.
