you can wear your tie dyed shirt and flip flops. you had better be clean and neat at least.

you can make whatever spectacle of yourself you want, I'm sure the judge wont tolerate too much of it.

your posts are contradictory, you can ask they supply you with copy's of their proof, you can drag this on forever and your most likely going to loose, if you never pay them, they'll get it from your grave. so stop fighting the fate of a libral lazy good for nothing hippy wanna be.

Sorry.

Since most of us work for evil corporations so that we can pay taxes so that you don't have to work, it would be a conflict of interest.

Further, since your delaying tactics would only cost more taxpayer money while you play a legal game of whack a mole, it would be a conflict of interest.

Enjoy court. Make sure there is a camera rolling.

Whoa.... wait.... it's not 1968? Sigh.... memories of sitting under a tree sipping on Boones Farm Apple Wine.

Sad.... so very sad. Not the troll. The wine hangover back then.

please,,, that is the magic word
"Please" would imply an involuntary subjugation by me, a woman, to the patriarchal mindset of your male-dominated society. I refuse to acknowledge your sexist hubris to any extent, especially that which would support the arrogance of the Evil Male Empire Corporation.

I want my money back.

Me, I am showing my complete indifference to the man and his rules by refusing to even be a part of this...

Now, I am off to experience the purity of silence... and a nice kaiser roll with some lean roast beef...

Not to derail the trolling, but even lawyers are not about shenanigans like this. For example...

i found this on the net, is this true?

if the plaintiff is not present. If not motion to dismiss, lack of jurisdiction, you have the right to cross-examine the plaintiff, attorney cannot testify for their client, any thing the attorney states is hearsay. Move to strike any statement from him.

Only the original contract will do, no copies, deny all until that happens.

No contract, no claim."

"This makes 3 in a row this week – I’ve listened to people who claim they are being sued by the evil pig empire , when in fact it is an attorney’s office acting as a collector who is suing. What’s the difference? Plenty.

For one thing, it’s fraud. In each of the cases, the consumer called the evil pig empire who confirmed they did not own the debt any more and had “assigned” the debt to Law Firm X. This changes the rules of the game in court significantly. If the Plaintiff in a lawsuit is a third party (not the original creditor), basically everything they say in court can be ruled as hearsay."

so is this old hippie onto anything here???

All this talk about evil really harshes my mellow.....

In case you haven't noticed, you aren't going to get anymore help here.

Don't worry, we will still be making fun of you after you have gone.

You see, you decided it would be funny to make fun of this board by knowingly starting with a lie in the hopes that you would get more attention.

You got it.

Now go away.
