What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I have heard that with a first and second mortgage loan on my primary residence that I can "reaffirm" my first loan and stop paying the second, finally to include the second loan balance in my upcoming bankruptcy - AND STILL BE ABLE TO KEEP MY HOME. Is this true? And if so, how do I go about it since I have not yet been late on any mortgage payments? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
