What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington
Currently we are legally separated, I want to divorce but she does not want to because she does not want the bills that will come with it, what can I do???

you can file yourself. wife does not have to agree to a divorce. a judge will grant one anyway. may take a little longer, but one can be granted.

It will also be more expensive, so when you are negotiating the "bills" and the split of marital assets, take that into consideration.
