"I was under the impression that the jewelry was in a lockbox where my daughter had kept it. She just informed me during this trip when I said we needed to sell some of it to relocate, that she had put it in the house before she left here and which places she had hidden it".

Am I the only one who finds it strange that jewelry that appears to have been hidden in a house by a daughter suddenly disappears?

At any rate, anyone can pretty much sue anyone else. Do you have any evidence of ownership of what you claim was stolen?
