Can I sue walmart for not giving me my refund.

I have purchased pants that it did not fit and I paid sees parents with my bank card. So on October 29th at2020 I returned them and they said my refund will be back on my bank card three to five business days. Now this is January 6 2021and I have contacted I have called I have even been in person to ask her where my refund is at they told me that is not their problem that to contact my to see where my refund is at. Now I went to my bank it printed out my bank statements from the beginning of October until January of this year to show them set my refund did not show up on my bank account and they still say is not their problem. So what can I do

Did you get a credit slip when you returned the pants?

Every time I return something to Walmart that I bought with a credit card, the customer service clerk gives me a credit slip from the machine. It shows the amount credited and the last 4 digits of my card number. I keep that slip and when my credit card statements come in I can make sure the credit was posted.

Do you have the credit slip?

Have you gone online to your Walmart account to look up your purchase history? Your purchase history should show any returns that have been processed.

I've yet to encounter a phone that will automatically send without the opportunity to edit. Whether you did voice to text or it was an autocorrect thing, the problem is not with your phone.

I have been fighting with them ever since it seems like nobody knows what's going on and this isn't the first time that I had to deal with Walmart not giving me my refund this is the second time

Call your bank card (number on back of card) and dispute the charge, they can refund your money and then go after Wal Mart till the refund is processed. If you have a Debit card with the VISA or MC logo on it then you are covered by the same dispute resolutions regular CCs are. As someone who has filed small claims on things that weren't handled properly with refunds or disputed charges where the CC company went after the other party themselves, I can tell you that 60 bucks isn't worth your time in trying to get the money back via small claims as the filing fee alone would be 70-150 bucks depending on the court.

That's the whole thing about it is that Walmart refuses to give me back my refund after I physically went into Walmart and show them my bank statements that they did not give me my refund. And that Walmart is telling me that they're not going to give me my refund
