A 13 year old made a contract that he would give somebody something in exchange for a service and him paying them back he is not agreeing to give the "thing "

It was actually a website for a buisness and the 13 year old set-up the deal sounds stupid.
He was going to pay around 6,000 dollars to me and my team but he didnt go through so i guess its contract termination. so we deciced he would pay us back.
