I guess. But what's the point? A verbal contract is worth about as much as the piece of paper upon which they are not written.

So they can actually be responsible for not for filling a contract because i already have a couple of wintnesses but they are minors

Again, explain yourself.

I certainly have LOTS of contracts with my 2-year old. She'd better do what I tell her. There are consequences for misbehaving!:D

A 13 year old made a contract that he would give somebody something in exchange for a service and him paying them back he is not agreeing to give the "thing "

Well, unless the service or the "thing" are illegal, I wouldn't HELP my child by telling him that he is not required to do what he agreed to do.

of course, anyone can make a contract and anyone can witness one. Now don't you want to ask if that contract will hold up in court? no, you are a smart 13 year old, you don't need to ask do you??? ;)

by the way thank you for sparing us from knowing what the "service" was or what the "thing" is.

also would anybody be able to find the actual page for this np if you dont have time:D
what do you want. A law that says just because Johnny set up a myspace page for Susie, she doesn't have to give him her ipod??? come on.

There is no contract
therefore, there is no breach of contract
therefore there is no issue.

Now, get outside and ride your bikes or something.

It was actually a website for a buisness and the 13 year old set-up the deal sounds stupid. :p
He was going to pay around 6,000 dollars to me and my team but he didnt go through so i guess its contract termination. so we deciced he would pay us back.

Yo. Brainiac. There is no contract. Therefore there is no "contract termination," and no "paying back."
