It was actually a website for a buisness and the 13 year old set-up the deal sounds stupid. :p
He was going to pay around 6,000 dollars to me and my team but he didnt go through so i guess its contract termination. so we deciced he would pay us back.
a business??? and I suppose the CEO is a 12 year old?? by the way zero is "around" $6000. It is the long way around, but still "around".

Even if there was a contract here, and the contract could be proven to exist, minors cannot generally be held to the terms of a contract. The only major exception is for "necessities of life" -- a minor could be held to a rental agreement, for example, but probably could not be held to a car purchase agreement (the minor could simply give the car back -- but if he kept it, he would have to pay for it). What is a "necessity of life" varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, but a website isn't going to qualify anywhere...
