I just called

They said it would be clost to $400.00 that is as much as the attorney that is exspensvie shew I'm running out of funds. The attorney in Ky said to just bring certified copies of the parenting plans and that should be enough he said that the fact they go back next year should push the Judge up their to send her down here over the visitation with the child. I hope he is right. Thank You for the advice it has helped.

If he can't afford the transcripts, it would be worth mentioning to the attorney who is handling the RO...that the mother has attempted to get/keep father traveling to her state in the past to control transportation. He will know if it's relevant &/or worth bringing up to the judge.

Didn't she call him?
Not that it matters, but she called him and then he was returning her call when the argument happened. Phone records would only show that they both called ea. other, or that he initiated that particular phone call. (tho it would be argued he called in response to her call)

My Phone

My cell phone shows she called at 7:04pm and he call her back at 7:19pm and the duration of the call was 1 min 55 seconds. I also have her on our home phone ID were she called it first before the cell phone. He is going to bring it up to the attorney about transportation issue.

Thanks

Just want to say thanks for all of the advice I got maybe it will go good for my husband next week I hope so after everything that's happened in the past year. It's been hard to get all that he has got with his son now and they love the time with each other I hate to see him lose it over something this little. Thanks for the advice.

Sorry another question

I have another question sorry. My husband wants to know if the order sticks and he does keep his visitation will he be allowed to call or write his son because it is her home without him getting in trouble do they have a way to work around that or no?

He should ask that there be designated times/days for him to telephone contact with his son. If he doesn't ask for that in court (& it isn't included in the court order) then Mom won't have to answer or allow son to talk on the phone when Dad calls.

Thanks

Thanks for the advice. My husband said that it is fine with him if she wants a protection order but he still wants to keep his schedule if she can get someone to bring and pick up his son. He is just worried that if there is one that he might get in trouble if he called or wrote that she might say he is bothering her. I just can't seem to soak this in I had no clue that a person could do this I mean I knew they could get this kind of order I just always thought that if custody was set down here just recently plus they got to go back that she could go up their and try to change it over a phone call. Some people are sneaky I guess.
