I have noo legal advice, but I do know one thing.
Cell phone cameras are really advanced lately. You could maybe get a cell with a 5-megapixel camera and a sufficient zoom. All pictures taken, at least with my cell phone, have dates AND times. No way to change them.
Good luck getting your baby. Sorry the ex is such a pathetic mom.

Mom cannot be forced to not be around the BF. Not by anyone.

Prove YOUR CHILD was there. Take pictures of her WITH the boyfriend.

Mom's car being parked somewhere, or mom hanging out with a loser is NOT actionable.
According to the judge's written order: MOTHER'S NAME will reside with her parents with the minor child. MOTHER'S NAME will not allow BF to be in the presence of the minor child at any time.

She CAN NOT live with the bf anymore. The judge ordered that she can not because the child "lives with her" (which she doesn't but that's a different issue).

How many nights stayed over at someone's home constitutes "living" there? I know in the apartment I used to live with if someone stayed with you for more that 8 days they had to go see my landlord because he considered you no longer just a guest.

And my camera is on my phone and I can not change the time/date stamp.

The order also states: The MOTHER must bring the minor child to ME each Wednesday at 9am until Thursday at 9am at THE MEETING PLACE. This is to ensure the safety of the minor child so the father can physically see that the minor child is not being harmed by the mother or BF.

And where does it say that she can't hang out at his house til 2-3 in the morning? Go over there after kiddo is in bed and spend the night? Eat dinner there every night?

She can't LIVE THERE. Good luck proving she does.

How many nights spent waiting outside BF's apt in order to take pics of Mom's car constitutes stalking?
