She wanted the check plus she wanted me to give her some more money. Now that the check come back NSF she doesn't want to negotiate because I will not agree to give her an extra almost $1000.00. We verbally agreed when to deposit check or cash it it would be her choice but she went before agreed date because she was mad. So I guess yes on what your saying. My bank and her bank in which are to different banks both said she can run it back thru or I told her just go to my bank and cash it then go put it in her account I even offered to give her the 30 bank fee she said they charged. The check is still good and would of been good if she would of went by what we agreeded upon.
