What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

Father lives in NY and mother was living in Florida when the child support order was granted (by the state of Florida).

Mother has had numerous problems with the state of Florida. Checks that were garnished from father not showing up for in excess of a month at a time are common. Currently FLA is over 30 days behind and as far as mother knows the money has been sent to Fla in a timely manner from fathers work.

Is it possible to move the child support order from Florida to Colorado where mother has lived for the past six years?
