Appeals Decision

For anyone who has read this thread, or participated in it, I thought I would keep you updated. The appeal was decided in my favor. I'm releaved(and still looking for work). Thanks for anyone who helped.

Even though I had to tell you that what your employer did was legal, I think you got a raw deal and I'm glad you prevailed on the UI issue. Best of luck to you.

I didn't want to sue them anyway.. I still get my car worked on there! (I bought two cars thru them... figures.)
