What is the name of your state?Mississipi
  My sister has a 4 year old son who called a pre-school classmate a "big doodeyhead." Now the mother of the child, who supposedly according to the folks in town is the Town Nut, is trying to file suit in some way. Is this legal, what can she really do?

Anybody can sue anyone for anything. Winning is another matter entirely.

Don't worry about the nut until you actually get served with the lawsuit. The person is getting a great deal of enjoyment out of threatening you. Move on with your life.

Hey SRG, you are really too nice of a guy. You should check this person's posting history. I think he just likes to post stupid questions for his own amusement. Don't waste your time.

Teacher: "Johnny, will you recite your ABC's, please?"
Johnny: "I really need to go to the bathroom!"
Teacher: "Only after you have said your ABC's!"
Johnny: "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNO_QRSTUVWXYZ"
Teacher: "What happened to the 'P', Johnny?"
Johnny: "It's running down my leg!"

Miss>I>ssipi-(Noun) A southern state located on the Gulf of Mexico. Capitol: Jackson. 2000 population est. 2,455,789 land area 24556 sq miles. Look it up in Webster's Dictionary. You are soooo rude by the way all you do is criticize others posts and answers and never answer people's legal questions like you are supposed to do on this site If you don't know anything about legal matters vacate this site!

I do answer legal questions when legitimate ones are asked. Lately, however, it seems there are a lot of trolls like yourself who only want to waste all of our time.
