gee, I just called Dell and played like I was in your situation. They said they they would send a shipping label so it could be returned but they needed your information to be able to provide a return order reference number so this would be able to be properly tracked and your account not charged.I have made every effort to return they have not responded.
so, since this was not an un-ordered item, you can either pay for the thing or return it.
