I'm in michigan, my cycle insurance is Progressive.
They are close to totalling my cycle, but they want to see my purchase contract, why is that?
A minor new driver pulled out in front of me i ran in to the side of her SUV she was alone but didn't look my way when she pulled right out in front of me perpendicular to me from a side parking lot entrance. Police said she got an at fault ticket. Nothing broken, but I'm afraid I will be worse off financially with the insurance pay out to where I can't replace my 5 month old motorcycle for the same payments I had before.
Anything I can do to the driver or her parents for the difference?
