Mom was going to GIVE the title to him. She can't do that. That is illegal. The car would have to be sold for market value or it would be consideirng fraud and be illegal by statute. What OP stated can NOT be done. Maybe the selfish spoiled twit should get a job and buy her own car. That is what ADULTS do.
