You spelled accept correctly, it was simply misused in place of except. You misspelled whiney.
Your asthma medicine should be at the front office at school with a written note from your doctor for proper usage and your teacher should be informed when it's needed on a timed basis or an "as needed" basis depending on your condition. Your parents should only be involved when you need a refill and the note from the doctor to take to the office or trouble breathing after the affects of the medicine should have been apparent, if both you AND your parents have failed to make sure you have medicine at school on the ready or if there is an emergency that will take you from the school to a hospital and they need consent from a parent which may or may not have been waived in your medical records that are signed at the beginning of each new school year. Due to policy details you may or may not even have an inhaler on your person at all times, who knows. You should and so should your parents.
My interpretation may be off a bit but I gather what you're saying now is instead of making sure preventative measures are in place to make sure you don't have problems your parents have given you a cell phone to call when you are already in trouble?
I will not feel sorry for your cell phone/pager or any one else's at school because you may or may not choose to follow a simple common practice in making sure you have your medicine for what can be a very serious condition.
You don't need an english teacher to post here, we are happy to help you when we can.
Now, your original post has the flavor of cell phones and/or pagers causing a disturbance and being forced to pay a fine. How did we get to you having asthma? The school has phones, if you need your medicine and don't have it but need it so badly you have to make a phone call? You go to the office or the nurse and use a phone there, if you are in need of asthma medication you will probably be in the nurses' office anyway.
