Taking this to court is the LAST thing I want to do. As long as the coverage is the same, I have no problem with this. I really would prefer carrying him on my policy instead, but the cost will likely be higher. Not a problem for me, thats his problem.
I am going to take the advice of CJane and send him a letter advising him to convert to my policy or keep his own. I think...
