In the state of Colorado, how does one request a different mediator in a re-evaluation of parenting time?
One would have to have a very good reason. In the state of Colorado, how does one request a different mediator in a re-evaluation of parenting time?
So are you just going to keep adding possible situations until you find one where we say there is a problem? What if the Petitioner has a prior relationship with the mediator that was not disclosed.
You are not going to get a different mediator just because you did not like the mediator's recommendations. You would have to prove that the mediator had an unreasonable bias to have any chance of prevailing. Since 50/50 is not the standard in any state, you would have a hard time proving that the mediator had an unreasonable bias for not recommending 50/50.In the state of Colorado, how does one request a different mediator in a re-evaluation of parenting time?
That might be a reasonable statement on the mediator's part. The mediator stated that I would not get 50/50 custody. The mediator also made mistakes regarding money and parenting time that were in the petitioner’s favor.
