I have live with a guy for the last 4 years and I recently put a big screen tv on my credit because his credit is bad. It was agreed that it would be mine if anything happened. It is in my name only and he has the only record of payments for the tv. the loan and purchase es in my name. He now wants to go and take the tv since he said he paid for and has proof of. which he does, however, it was agreed it was mine and it is my loan and in my name. can he legally take the tv? If he hadn't paid for it, it would have been my ass they would have sued, not his.

Was it your ex-husband. Anyway, sue whoever it is in small claims and see what the judge says.
