And if you are not one of the ones planning to marry, it is none of your business.

I've already pointed out one potential problem. My state will not marry a couple if that marriage would be illegal in their home state. I don't know if IL feels the same, but quite frankly it's not as simple as yes or no, given the circumstances you've outlined.

Just exactly how much are you expecting from volunteers, anyway?

If you aren't going to answer the posted question please don't post at all.
You don't get to decide who posts and how they post.

For you:

And you don't think 'children and statutory rape and immaturity' would be involved in answering that question?

And marrying 'them'? Since you're not one of the parties, you should keep your nose out of it. Unless you're one of the parents - in which case you should have your head examined and THEN keep your nose out of it.

State of Illinois Law

Can a 16 year old girl marry at a 19 year old guy with parental consent in the state of Illinois?
Yes, if both of them are residents of Illinois.
Also can a 16 year old girl from Indiana marry a 19 year old from Illinois with parental consent?
No. She can do it only if she will become resident of Illinois.
Also, they can get married in Indiana if she is pregnant, or delivered and the court approved it.
