I agree, that's crystal clear. The judge made a decision based on CPS recommendations. Mom is also not required to consult with dad regarding medical issues either. She has full custody now.
Yes, Mom has Sole Legal & is the ONLY parent who can make medical/educational/legal decisions re; this child.

I should add that this type of order is Very Uncommon in this, very progressive state~ and speaks Volumes re; whatever circumstances led up to it.

I was going to be the one to monitor the visits at the girls request if desired too.
Apparently, I misunderstood that. I thought it meant that, if the girls wanted the visits monitored, then the mother could do that. Not that the girls got to decide if they wanted to visit.
