What is the name of your state?Florida, Are there any new cases and legislation i can look up for reference involving mothers who knowingly conceal the identity of a alleged father in florida in order to recieve assistance food stamps/afdc/tanf while taking money from male for same child ?
(2) If a parent has been sanctioned for fraud in florida, can she continuine on to other states collecting assistance until each case time she is alloted to be on the system has expired ?

Well...that wouldn't be child support fraud....but it might be welfare fraud.
If the support you are paying isn't court ordered, or isn't substantial or consistant, it may not be welfare fraud. She also might be eligible for everything accept tanf anyway.
