My ex-husband is behind on his child support (Think it may be retaliation to my current husband's involvment in our daughter's life). Can I deny him visitaion if he does not pay support?

No.. absolutely not. The correct procedure is to file an Order to show Cause into the court system and have a judge kick his ass. If you deny visitation to risk a great deal.
